The Fellows Support Initiative offers final year undergraduates the opportunity to work directly with SDG Lab Fellows as Research Assistants within the three innovation labs — Policy, Civic, and Enterprise.
This experience allows undergraduates to gain hands-on exposure to real sustainability projects, research design, and community-based problem-solving. Fellows lead the research and innovation, while research assistants collaborate under their mentorship — just like junior researchers working alongside lead scientists.
The program concludes with a certificate of contribution, building a strong foundation for future academic or professional opportunities.
This pathway also serves as a transition route — empowering promising undergraduates to develop the skills, insight, and network necessary to become future SDG Fellows.
